Shipping policy

Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped. For bulk or custom design orders, additional time may be required—we'll communicate directly with you if that's the case.

Note: During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

 

Damages or Issues

We carefully package every item to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue at [your email address].

We will make it right—either by replacing the item or offering a refund depending on the situation.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
